A further FIVE coronavirus deaths reported at Salisbury District Hospital
Three men and two women died at the hospital on Saturday (23rd January)
Salisbury District Hospital have confirmed that five more people died of Coronavirus at the hospital on Saturday 23rd January.
The victims were three men in their 70's, one woman in her 90's and one woman in her 80's.
All five patients had underlying health conditions.
In a statement the NHS Trust said:
"Sadly, we can confirm that another five patients who had been cared for at Salisbury District Hospital and had tested positive for COVID-19 have died.
"Our thoughts and condolences are with the all the patients' families and loved ones at this very difficult and distressing time."
The total number of patients that have died at Salisbury District Hospital after receiving a COVID-19 positive test result is now 146.
