Leaders in Rutland say the battle against Covid 19 is taking their time but are stressing other local projects are still progressing.

Issues like the local plans and the St Georges Barracks development are still being worked on.

However Council leader Oliver Hemsley says his focus is on Coronavirus.

He says they're not taking on new projects at the moment.

However, they say their focus is on beating the virus first.
