Stamford teenager urges people not to write off anyone who's disabled
Bea Cadman who's deaf wants to challenge perceptions
A profoundly deaf Stamford teenager says people shouldn't "write off" children with disabilities.
17-year-old Bea Cadman has helped launch a nationwide campaign to challenge perceptions of what deaf children can achieve.
It's part of her quest to become a nurse or a midwife.
She's now at the forefront of charity Auditory Verbal UK's annual fundraiser after they helped her when she was just 16 months old.
