The minor injuries unit at Stamford hospital will remain closed this winter-as part of the trusts response to covid-19.
Patients are being asked to go to the urgent treatment centres in Peterborough or Grantham- or the minor injuries unit in Oakham if they need help.
Health bosses say it allows the redeployment of staff to Peterborough city hospital.
They anticipate changes to the number of cases during the winter months.
