Posh will take on The Daniels at the Zeeco Stadium at 3pm.
Stamford are preparing for life in the Southern League Premier Division Central after clinching the title last season, with new signings Lee Shaw, Jenson Cooper and Trey Charles potentially featuring.
Peterborough United look to move on after play-off disappointment last season.
Manager Darren Ferguson has signed new players for the coming campaign and Posh supporters will be eager to see them in action. They include defender Romoney Crichlow, midfielders Archie Collins and Ryan de Havilland, as well as striker Kabongo Tshimanga.
