Rutland waste centres move to winter opening hours
The changes come in today (1 October)
The opening hours for Rutland’s household waste and recycling centres (HWRC) have changed from today (1 October).
Residents are being reminded that they are moving to the winter hours.
It means Cottesmore HWRC will be open from 10am to 4pm, Friday to Monday, and North Luffenham HWRC from 10am to 4pm, Tuesday to Sunday.
The council has said trailers are not permitted at the Cottesmore site, but trailers under 2.05 metres in length are allowed at the North Luffenham site.
