Rutland charities say support is available in the county for parents and young people who's struggled with mental health issues during the pandemic.

Resilient Rutland has launched a series of events aimed at giving people the tools they need to improve their own mental health, it includes webinars, virtual coffee mornings and online community groups.

The group says everyone's struggled throughout the last year due to Covid 19 restrictions and the three lockdowns.

The group decided to take action following a survey of parents into how they were coping.

The online sessions are designed to be easy to access and watch.

You can find them on a You Tube channel which you can find by putting "Resilient Rutland" into Google or You Tube.

The group is now planning to provide further support in the near future.
