Rutland food waste and wildlife experts are giving us their advice on what to do with pumpkins after tonight.

Nature protection group Woodland Trust is warning not to leave them in the countryside, as they can pose a risk to some animals.

Clare Crowley, from the sustainability company Root-and-Branch-Out, said we should "save some of the insides."

She added: "The seeds can be roasted, with salt or soy sauce, for a great snack".

"Soup you can flavour in many different ways.

"You can make a katsu curry inspired soup which is delicious.

"I've made one with ginger and other spices".
