There's extra funding available for Lincolnshire businesses, as Grants4Growth has been extended until 2023.

Small-to-medium-sized businesses across the county can apply for match-funded grants of up to £25,000 to purchase the equipment and machinery needed to boost their business.

The programme’s intervention rate has also increased from 28% to 50%, meaning up to 50% of the cost can now be covered by the scheme.

Grants4Growth is an 12.5 million pound European Regional Development funded project delivered by South Holland District Council in Greater Lincolnshire. It provides capital grants for small and medium-sized enterprises to purchase and/or install efficient new processes and production facilities helping them to invest-to-grow.

Its function is to administer simple, straightforward grants and quantifiable action to help businesses invest to grow, improve resilience and create jobs.

On their Facebook page they say: "Funded by the European Regional Development Fund, Grants4Growth offers up to 28% towards the purchase of capital equipment and implementation of processes that help create jobs, improve efficiency, and help to grow you business."

They also state you are eligible to apply if you are all of the following:

• Based in the Greater Lincolnshire area

• Employ less than 250 employees

• Have a turnover less than £44 million a year

• Use the grant money to purchase physical capital assets (such as machinery and equipment)
