Police reveal priority issues in the north of Rutland
Officers have been looking at what needs to be done after speaking to residents in a survey
Police in Rutland have revealed their top three priorities for the north of the county over the next few months.
Officers say the focus is on road safety, vehicle crime and the theft of farm equipment.
They've also revealed that it mirrors the results of a survey from the local community on which issues that affect them most.
Those priorities have been determined after officers looked at crime data, asked for views from residents and looked at previous incidents they've been called out to.
They include crashes, a vehicle stolen from a farm, a dumper truck and digger stolen from a building site and reports of HGVs having their fuel siphoned overnight on the A1.
Anyone with concerns about or information on a possible crime is being urged to get in touch.
