Police crack down on drug dealers in Rutland

Three people have been arrested for supplying Class A drugs

Police in Rutland have arrested three people as part of a joint forces operation to find those suspected of bringing Class A drugs into the county.

The people were arrested from two different cars.

Three vehicles were also seized and taken from the road, as well as large quantities of cash and Class A drugs being seized.

Police say one driver has been reported for driving while disqualified.

An investigation is now ongoing with evidence being taken to the CPS.

In a post on social media, Sgt Parmer said: "Fantastic work all around and further evidence of your local Police acting on your concerns!"
