Police are appealing for witnesses and dash cam footage, after a collision which left a man with serious injuries.

Officers were called to the junction of Eastfield Road and Eye Road, near Parnwell, in Peterborough, at about 9.50pm on Tuesday (24 June).

A grey BMW heading onto Eastfield Road from the Frank Perkins Parkway was involved in a collision with a white Subaru heading in the opposite direction, towards Sainsburys.

A man who was a passenger in the BMW suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries while the drivers of the cars, both men, suffered minor injuries.

Sgt David McIlwhan, from the road policing unit, said: “We are keen to hear from anyone who was in the area around the time of the collision.

"If you believe you may have dashcam footage of either vehicle in the lead up to the collision, please also get in touch with us as this may help us paint a better picture of what happened.”
