Officers launch investigation after triple stabbing in Peterborough
The three men were taken to hospital following the attack on Saturday
Cambridgeshire Police are investigating an incident in which three people were stabbed in Peterborough.
Officers were first alerted to reports of an attack taking place on the Freston estate in the Paston area at around 12:20am on Saturday (August 17th).
When officers arrived at the scene, they found three boys aged between 17 and 18 requiring immediate medical attention.
All three victims were taken to hospital for their injuries and have been treated by doctors nearby.
One 17-year-old boy has been discharged from hospital following the incident, but the remaining two victims remain in a serious condition according to the force.
Investigators from the force have said that no arrests have been made in connection with the incident, with officers saying they are treating the attack as an "isolated incident".
The force added that a thorough investigation is underway and police will be patrolling the area more in the wake of the attack.
