Parking charges return in Rutland
Council run car parks were made free at the start of lockdown
If you're parking your car in a council-run space in Rutland today you'll have to pay again.
Charges were suspended in March to support key workers and anyone making 'essential journeys'.
They remained free throughout summer to support local businesses.
However, the council say it's resulted in a loss of income of around 250 thousand pounds.
