However there's no a new service available to help.

Around one in three people in Stamford and Rutland struggled because of their mental health last year.

Now people in the county who are suffering because of things like stress, anxiety or depression are being encouraged to reach out for help.

The NHS is offering Talking Therapies, that put you in touch with a counsellor.

Doctors believe there will be a big demand in 2021.
