New Covid vaccination centre for Rutland

Rutland will have a new vaccination centre from next month.

The MP for Rutland and Melton, Alicia Kearns, said in a post on Facebook that the Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) has confirmed there will be a new site at Oakham Enterprise Park from 6 October.

She said:

"The CCG is contacting patients who are due their second doses, and need to be booked into OEP.

"Anyone who is eligible for a booster jab will be contacted directly to arrange an appointment.

"The CCG is also looking at performing vaccinations in community pharmacies.

"Anyone who is concerned that their second dose is overdue should contact the Central Booking Line on 0116 497 5700."
