Lincolnshire's RSPCA branch has given advice for pet owners who may soon change their routine.
Dogs, cats and other animals may have got used to a "new normal".
The Lincolnshire branch of the RSPCA has given out pet advice ahead of lockdown restrictions easing.
The last years pandemic has seen many peoples' routines changing with more of us working from home.
That's impacted on our pets.
However with some restrictions poised to be lifted as part of Boris Johnson's roadmap some people may spend less time at home.
We may have spent more moments with them with a greater number of walks.
Some of those walks may have been a little longer.
RSPCA Lincolnshire says we need to "keep an eye" on our pets.
Chantal Pallow from the branch says dogs could get frustrated their routine has changed.
She warns in some animals it could result in a change in behaviour such as howling or even chewing furniture.
She recommends leave them in a room on their own for a short time if that's what likely to happen later this year.
It's so they have some idea of a new "routine".
Another suggestion is to gradually change meal times so they fit in with when they're likely to be after any change.
