Employer contributions will be reduced while staff can now work fewer hours and still benefit.
They'll also be grants for the hospitality and leisure sectors.
Katrina Pierce, from the Lincolnshire federation of Small Businesses welcomes some of the announcement but says these schemes need to continue to "evolve" due to need.
