A Peterborough woman's launched a fresh appeal for information into the whereabouts of her father, Andrew Capon, after he disappeared in Skegness 25 years ago.

Tessa Capon, who was just 15 at the time, says she felt "confused" in the days after learning he'd vanished.

Tessa said her dad liked to take the family on holiday to Skegness but it was there, on Scarborough Road on October 2nd 1998, when he was last seen on CCTV.

Having now learned he'd visited the Streets Complex Nightclub with his friends earlier that evening, she's urging anyone with more info to come forward:

"We're waiting for him, we always have been and we always will be."

"We're waiting for him to come home."

She added: "my dad's been gone 25 years, so people assume you're over it or you've moved on. 'You shouldn't feel how you feel.'"

"That isn't the case at all, you never get over someone going missing, especially when it's your father."

Anyone with information on Andrew can contact Missing People on 116 000 or email 116@missingpeople.org.uk. They can also get in touch anonymously.

Alternatively, they can call police on 101 or crime stoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
