Further concerns have been raised over plans to close St Mary's Medical Practice in Stamford.
Healthwatch Lincolnshire feels the process and transparency around the proposal hasn't been carried out in the best interest of Lakeside patients.
It says patients should not ever be silenced into compliance and that it wants to enable a balanced and reasoned approach, securing the future of health and care services.
The surgery says it's trying as hard as it possibly can to work with every party, following the announcement of plans to close its doors at the beginning of December after failing to renegotiate a lease with the landlords.
