There are fears over the future of Rutland Memorial Hospital.
It comes as 450 million pounds plans to transform acute hospital and materinity services in Leicester are announced.
Nothing's yet been actually revealed about plans for the memorial hospital.
However Kathy Reynolds from Rutland Health & Social Care Policy Consortium says the CCG hasn't been clear enough.
The Clinical Commissioning group says it'll be including people in Rutland in the development of specific plans soon including discussions on the Memorial Hospital.
