Stamford's own marathon man will compete in the Chicago Marathon today, just 7 days after finishing the London Marathon.
If he crosses the finish line he'll have run 6 of the world's major marathons - which will qualify him for an Abbot's World Marathon '6 star'.
After this weekend, 8,000 people in the world will have been given a '6 star' medal, for completing marathons in Tokyo, Berlin, Chicago, London, Boston and New York.

'Like selling out Wembley three nights on the trot'
Luke says crossing the finish line in America will be a dream come true:
'I imagine it'll be like a band playing Wembley for three nights in a row and selling out every time. It'll be like winning the world cup if you're a footballer, or winning the game-winning match point if you're at Wimbledon.'
'The thing about running is, you're doing that on the same level as all the top athletes. Whereas if you're a footballer you're not going to share the same stage as Ronaldo or Messi.'
'I stumbled across getting into running, I'm not a natural runner. I found something which has challenged me, it's improved my social skills, it's improved my mindset, it's improved my open-mindedness. To go on this journey over a number of years and to finish it will be a real sense of accomplishment really.'
