A woman from Stamford has been charged with robbery - after cash was reportedly stolen from a man on a mobility scooter

Police were called to the incident last October - 25-year-old Jade Stimpson will appear in court next month.

She's also been charged with burglary.

Lincolnshire Police released the following statement: "Jade Stimpson, aged 25, of Essex Road, Stamford, was charged yesterday with robbery and burglary."

"The robbery charge relates to an incident in Stamford on 16 October when cash was reportedly stolen from a man on a mobility scooter.

"The burglary charge relates to an incident in Sleaford on 13 October.

"The suspect will appear at Lincoln Magistrates Court on 11 May."
