Customer service area to close temporarily following change in COVID guidance

The main customer service area at Rutland County Council’s Catmose offices in Oakham is to close temporarily from Monday.

The main customer service area at Rutland County Council’s Catmose offices in Oakham is to close temporarily from Monday 13 December, in line with new government guidance on COVID-19.

Responding to the spread of the Omicron COVID variant, the government has advised people to work from home, if they can, from Monday 13th December.

The decision to temporarily close the customer service area will be kept under review, subject to further changes to national COVID guidance.

Residents can continue to access Rutland County Council services online by visiting: www.rutland.gov.uk or by registering for the Council’s new MyAccount service, where they can make payments, submit queries and track the progress of any online requests: www.rutland.gov.uk/myaccount.
