Covid vaccine appointments are available for people in Rutland aged over 65 and those who are clinically vulnerable from today.

Health bosses are urging people to get booked in.

It means local people don’t need to wait to be contacted by their GP and are free to make their own appointments through the national NHS website.

It's after the Government met its self-set target of vaccinating 15 million people and offering a first dose to all over 70s and frontline health care workers by Monday.
