It's claimed the new kickstart scheme is tailored for bigger businesses and doesn't meet the needs of small ones in Lincolnshire.
It aims to get younger people into work by offering them a 6 month placement funded by the government
However you have to apply for at least 30 spaces- a number which small businesses in the county wouldn't be able to employ.
Katrina Pierce from the Lincolnshire Federation of Small Businesses has revealed her concerns.
