The Union say if this goes ahead they will no longer be entitled to NHS pay and conditions.

They say patients will experience 'deteriorating standards' as they believe a private owner will try to save money.

It's claimed the trust that covers Stamford and Rutland hospital have told more than 70 staff that their jobs are being outsourced to a private provider.

North West Anglia trust were approached for a comment, but haven't yet responded.
