The body of a man has been recovered from a stretch of water in Spalding

Police made the discovery at Fulney Lane South after 9 yesterday morning

A 42 year old man has been found dead in a water course in Spading.

Police were called to Fulney Lane South just after 9 yesterday morning, where they found Przemyslaw Gebka, who was last seen on Monday the 28th of October.

His next of kin have been made aware.

Investigations to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident are ongoing.

Lincolnshire Police say:

"Emergency Services attended an incident in Spalding where a man was found in a stretch of water.

"Police and Ambulance attended but he was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.

"Mr Gebka was last seen on October 28 in the Spalding area, and we would like to hear from anyone who may have seen him in the last few weeks."
