Emmanuel Fernandez rescues his side after two keeping errors against Salford City
Peterborough United rescued a FA cup first round replay, as Emmanuel Fernandez's header 93rd minute header rescued a 2-2 draw against Salford City.
Fernandez, normally a centre back, was brought on as a late substitute and played up front. Posh were chasing the game, trailing after two huge mistakes from Australian goalkeeper Nicholas Bilokapic.
Salford took the lead inside 5 minutes when the keeper passed the ball straight to Stephen Mallan who slotted home into an empty net.
There was another early goal this time after the break, as Ricky-Jade Jones levelled for Posh just 25 seconds into the second half.
Posh dominated proceedings after getting back on level terms but on the 69th minute Bilokapic inexcusably let Zak Sturge's back pass go under his foot, trickling into the goal
But the makeshift striker Fernandez forced a replay in the dying seconds, heading in Ephron Mason-Clark's cross..
