New Lincolnshire police strategy launched prioritising certain areas.
Chief Constable also announces more than a hundred extra officers.
Lincolnshire police Chief Constable Chris Haward has unveiled his strategy for the force.
He took over the position last December.
He says the strategy has been boosted by the confirmation that they'll be taking on 108 new officers between now and next March.
Mr Haward says he wants to prioritise certain areas.
They'll include rural crime and tracking child sex offenders.
In addition he wants to re-establish a roads policing unit again.
He says it follows a series of conversation with many of his staff.
What came out of that was a need for a greater focus on certain areas and clearer instructions from senior managers.
He believes the new strategy addresses that.
