Weather warning for Plymouth as heavy rain batters city

A yellow weather warning is in place in Plymouth, as heavy rain is set to batter the city for the next few days.
The Met Office has issued the warning from 7am today (18 December) until 3am tomorrow (19 December).
People are being urged to stay away from the coast, and delay to transport is likely.
