Police have arrested a third person on suspicion of burglary in connection with a break-in at Plymouth Argyle Football Club's stadium.

The male, who is under the age of 16, has been released under investigation while enquiries continue.

Yesterday (Tuesday 7 June) Devon and Cornwall Police said that two teenagers had been arrested - they have also been released under investigation.

The break-in on Sunday (5 June) saw a tractor, normally used by the club's grounds team, taken and driven over the Home Park playing surface.

It is estimated that thousands of pounds-worth of damage was caused to the pitch.
