Almost six months since the Theatre Royal Plymouth had to close its doors - it's returning with its first performance tonight.

The venue's reopening as restrictions have eased with a performance of 'Rambert: Draw from Within'.

"Draw from Within began life in 2020 as a live digital broadcast and was an instant hit. Now reworked to be performed in a theatre with a face-to-face audience, Rambert’s brilliant dancers rip and roll through contrasting, vivid theatrical worlds. Some dream worlds, some full-on nightmares, some sweet and funny.

Wim Vandekeybus and Rambert have created an exhilarating reflection on a time when we’re desperate for old-fashioned physical interaction, and find ourselves wondering which way is up."

Covid-19 regulations and socially distanced seating are all in place.
