Second person charged with murder following death of Wembury man

A man will appear at Plymouth Crown Court later charged with murder following the death of a man from Wembury.

60-year-old Stephen Fogg was found dead at an address on Thursday 17 December.

41-year-old Lee Chugg was arrested on the evening of Monday 21 December and appeared at Plymouth Magistrates Court on Boxing Day (26 December) where he was remanded.

He initially received a custody extension while receiving treatment in hospital.

Chugg is the second person to be charged, alongside 31-year-old Jodie Swannick. She appeared at Exeter Crown Court on Wednesday 23 December where she was remanded.
