Police in Exeter charge a man with murder

Police in Exeter say a man's been charged with murder and is due in court later

Emergency services were called to Sidwell Street on Saturday night and Stephen Cook, 45, from the city was later pronounced dead.

Brian Jewell, 19, of no fixed address is due before the city's magistrates.
