Police arrest two murder suspects in Plymouth

Enquiries are still ongoing following the death of 60-year-old Stephen Fogg in Wembury

Two people from Plymouth have been arrested on suspicion of murder following the death of a man in Wembury.

A 31-year-old woman and 41-year-old man are currently in police custody, after being brought in the yesterday evening (Monday 21 December).

The victim - 60-year-old Stephen Fogg - was found dead at an address in Hawthorn Drive on Thursday 17 December.

Devon and Cornwall Police say this is being treated as an isolated incident and there is not believed to be any wider risk to the public in the Wembury area.

The public will continue to see an increased level of police activity in the area, as would be expected in such a serious matter.

Police are appealing for anyone who knew Stephen, or saw or spoke to him in the days leading up to 17 December, to come forward.
