Police appeal after assault in Plymouth

Police investigating an assault in Plymouth have released pictures of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.
It happened at around 7.30pm on Saturday 26 March on Mutley Plain.
During an altercation between two men, a man sustained a fractured wrist.
Police investigating the incident would like to identify the man pictured as they believe he may be able to assist with their enquiries.
