Plymouth Argyle fans will be able to return to Home Park this weekend, as they go up against Ipswich Town.

The club has issued a statement, saying it will be a test event before they can allow more people to return permanently.

In order to receive full approval, they will be running at 50% of their socially-distanced capacity, which currently stands at 3,616 - as a result, Saturday's temporary capacity will be 1,808.

Three areas of the stadium will not be accessible to supporters - this includes blocks 18-23 in Barn Park End, 6,7,8 in the Lyndhurst Road Stand and the upper tier of the Mayflower Grandstand.

Tickets are being allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority being given to those who purchased their season-tickets first.

Ticket Office staff have already identified the list of season-ticket holders who will be invited to Saturday's fixture. Supporters who have been selected will receive an email confirming this.

The test event will be assessed by members of the SGSA, as well as Plymouth City Council.

If successful, the club will be granted approval to raise the capacity to the government-sanctioned figure of 2,000 for fixtures thereafter.
