A triple-amputee from Plymouth is aiming to raise more than £500,000 by cycling 99.9 miles.

Mark Ormrod has been riding from Ilfracombe overnight for the charity Reorg, who support veterans, service people and emergency service personnel.

He is hoping to arrive at Plymouth Hoe between 8.00am - 8.30am this morning (Friday 8 October).

This is the fourth task Mark has taken on: the first was a beard shave, the second was a 5k run and the third was a 1km open water sea swim.

The former Royal Marine was out on patrol in Afghanistan in 2007, when he stood on an improvised explosive device. He lost both legs and his right arm as a result.

You can support Mark's fundraiser here. Find out more about the Reorg charity here.
