Plans for new Plymouth flats to go ahead
It's hoped they'll be ready for market by the Spring
Work on a new 9-storey apartment block is due to get underway in Plymouth in the New Year.
Sutton Harbour Group Plc has confirmed it indends to go ahead with building the Harbour Arch Quay tower, despite its profits falling 79 percent to £58,000.
The company even hopes to start marketing the flats by the Spring.
In a report to investors the AIM-listed marine and waterfront regeneration specialist said pre-construction preparations for the scheme at Sutton Harbour have continued in recent months and selection of the construction management team and finalisation of the detailed drawings are in process.
The firm said it is expected that, subject to completion of finance arrangements, work on the 14-apartment, nine-floor building 'will start during 2021, with marketing of the units to be launched in the springtime of the new year'.
