Police appeal to find man in Plymouth wanted for recall to prison

An appeal has gone out to the public to help locate a man, thought to be in Plymouth, who is wanted for recall to prison.

Devon and Cornwall Police believe James Hickey, 55, is thought to be around the Mutley Plain, city centre and Stonehouse areas.

Anyone who recognises him are being asked not to approach him and instead call 999.

If anyone knows of his whereabouts, they are being asked to phone 101 or email 101@dc.police.uk quoting log 884 14/05/21.

"Police are appealing for the public’s help to locate James Hickey, who is wanted for prison recall.

"The 55-year-old is believed to be in the Plymouth area, particularly the Mutley Plain, city centre and Stonehouse areas.

"Anyone who sees Hickey is asked not to approach him but to call 999, or anyone who knows of his whereabouts is asked to phone 101 or email 101@dc.police.uk quoting log 884 14/05/21."
