A lorry that collided with a house in North Devon is due to be recovered today.

Police were called to the scene at Gammaton at around 3.15pm yesterday afternoon (Monday 3 June).

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: "The lorry had collided with a house, causing damage. One person sustained minor injuries.

"A man in his 50s has been reported to court for driving without due care.

"Vehicle recovery is due to take place today."
