Independent businesses in Plymouth have been forced to shut for a month during the second lockdown.

Although they will have to temporarily shut their doors, many remain positive they can bounce back in time for Christmas.

Greatest Hits Radio Plymouth caught up with businesses on the Barbican to find out how they are feeling - you can watch this video at the top of the page.

From today (5 November) England's second national lockdown will be in force until 2 December.

People can only leave home for limited reasons, including work, education, buying food, and exercise.

Police say they'll take action against those not following the rules.
