Convoy of Plymouth's ice cream vans pay tribute to much-loved seller Polly
Edna "Polly" White worked as an ice cream lady in the city for almost 50 years
A fleet of ice cream vans have driven in convoy along the Plymouth waterfront, as a tribute to a popular ice cream seller, who has died.
Edna White, better known as Polly, worked as an ice cream lady in the city for almost 50 years, and has been described as a "legend".
She has been remembered by many locals for regularly giving out ice creams for free to children, dogs and the emergency services.
Polly died around two weeks ago.
