Body found in search for missing Plymouth man

Police have issued an update following the discovery this morning

Police have found the body of a man who went missing from Plymouth yesterday (9 December).

The family of 36-year-old Lee Symons have been informed following the discovery in a wooded area in Efford this morning.

The death is not being treated as suspicious and a file is being prepared for the coroner.

Police have thanked the public for their support.
