20-year-old man dies following an incident on A38 in Plymouth
The westbound carriageway of the A38 at Manadon had to be closed for several hours

A 20 year-old man has died, following an incident near the A38 in Plymouth this morning (10 June).
Emergency services were called the A38 at Manadon in the early hours, with concerns for the welfare of a man.
He was taken to hospital with serious injuries and later died.
A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said:
