Third man arrested after mans cheek bone fractured in Banbury attack

The 18 year old is being questioned on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

Officers investigating an incident of assault in Banbury have made an third arrest.

An 18-year-old man from Banbury was arrested Thursday 12th September on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

He has since been released on police bail until 28 November.

The arrest is in connection with an incident inside and outside the Aka Bar in Parson’s Street, Banbury, on 18 August.

A man in his 20s suffered a fractured cheek bone in the incident and another victim received cuts and bruises.

Two men, aged 23 and 25, both from Banbury, have already been arrested on suspicion of inflicting grievous bodily harm and have been released on conditional police bail
