Police say not to approach wanted man in Oxford

Thames Valley Police is appealing for help in tracing a man who is wanted in Oxford.

Charlie Winwood, who is 26-years-old, is wanted in connection with a theft from vehicle incident and a robbery incident, both in July this year in the city.

Winwood is white with a medium build and around 5ft 8ins. He has short light brown hair, brown stubble, green eyes and speaks with a Liverpool accent.

He is known to frequent the Oxford City and Cowley areas.

Investigating officer PC Evie Moore said: “If you see Winwood, do not approach him and discretely call 999 instead."
