Police release image in connection with voyeurism case
Thames Valley Police say the man who may have vital information in connection with the incident in Bicester.
A person has been seen recording through a bedroom window in Bicester.
Police say they are treating the incident as voyeurism.
In the early hours at around 3:40am last Friday 26th July a person was seen recording through a bedroom window at a flat in Upper Heyford.
Officers have released a picture of a man they wish to speak to, who may have information.
Investigating officer Police Staff Investigator Francesca Voicu said: “This is currently being treated as a voyeurism incident."
He urged anyone with information to come forward.
