Police appeal following Didcot kidnap
Officers are keen to hear from anyone with information
At around 2pm on Saturday 27th October, a man was seen to be arguing with a woman in the car park of Tesco in Wallingford Road. The woman was trying to get out of a white Nissan Juke.
As the woman tried to get out of the car, she was forced back into the car by the man, who then drove off.
A man in his fifties has been arrested on suspicion of kidnap. He has been bailed with conditions.
The victim was located and has been safeguarded.
Detective Constable Michael Hopcroft, said:
“We are investigating this incident and we have made an arrest. From our enquiries we believe the parties in this incident were known to each other."
